- More of a struggle this week. Sleeping needs to be better, not skip those off track workouts, stop the snacks creeping back in and bloody hay fever.
- Having to be careful at track. Cross fit athletes dropping heavy dumbbells in running areas.

Acceleration at Adcock. Moved forward as rain expected on Tuesday. Tailwind, gusty at times. 5 * 10m from flat every 1 min; 5 * 10m from push up every 1 min; 5 * 20m from push up (last one best 😀).
3 * Med ball circuit with push ups (10, 10, 17).
Eating bad.

Track rest day. Eating bad. Did not do core.

Tempo at Adcock. 6 * 200 lane 4 400 to 200. Untimed with near diagonal walk back.

Speed at Adcock. 4 * flying 10 with 30m acceleration every 1:45; 4 * flying 20 with 30m acceleration every 2:45. Add another 15s next time for 10s. Better at slight forward lean, left arm still not getting back at speed. 3 * Med ball circuit with push ups (10, 10, 15).
